WestNIC, do you offer free site transfers / restore from other cPanel based hosting providers?

Absolutely! We can transfer all domain names without any downtime from other cPanel based hosting providers without extra charges. We usually transfer accounts between 2 AM and 6 AM EST. Please provide following information in support ticket:

• Domain name
• Username (we can't change it during restore)
• Full backup file generated within cPanel > Backup > Generate FULL backup
• File location, for example, /home/username/anothersite.tar.gz

We usually restore accounts within few hours between 2 AM - 6 AM EST, 7 days a week. Since we provide unlimited website hosting, there are no limits on number of domains; we can restore 1 domain name or 100 domain names. If you don't know how to run full backup within cPanel, we can certainly help you. You will need to provide list of domain names, usernames and passwords to support desk. Please note: this would delay restore process.
