How do I downgrade my hosting plan?

You can downgrade your account at any time. Please note: there are no additional charges associated with downgrade. You pay the difference between hosting plans. Your account will stay on the same server with same usernames and passwords.

To downgrade your account:

1. Submit support ticket to helpdesk under "Billing Questions"
2. Please include in your ticket:

a) Your full name;
b) Your main domain name;
c) Your current hosting plan;
d) New hosting plan you wish to get

3. Please visit www.westnic.net then select your new hosting plan.
4. Order new hosting plan "Add this order to my account"
5. Pay your invoice.

Your account will be downgraded within 24-72 hours.
