I would like to cancel my subscription.

Please submit support ticket under "Billing Department". Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days before the end of your billing cycle (see "How do I find out my renewal date?"). Please include:

a) Your Full Name;
b) Customer ID and Domain Name;
c) Last 4 digits of credit card number or Paypal subscription ID

Important note: please backup your data before cancellation! Your account will be terminated within 24-72 hours.
