What should I know before placing an order? (for the first time)

1. Is your domain name registered? If not, please register it before placing hosting order. You may register domain name here: www.cityofdomains.com or anywhere you wish.

2. WestNIC verifies all credit card and Paypal orders manually over the phone. Please provide valid phone number associated with credit card holder contact.

3. Please have your bank statement ready. Our billing represenative may ask: a) name of the bank, b) phone number, c) billing address.

4. Sorry, we do not accept prepaid credit cards.

Your hosting account will be setup within 12 hours or less. Please note: We do not guarantee 12 hour setup - sometimes we cannot reach our customer over the phone or domain name is invalid.
